REFUND POLICY

If you would like to initiate a return please contact customer support by email: info@mommabsbuzzedbakery.com. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

Please note:

We will not be offering returns or refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order.

Damaged/Missing Items

If your order is damaged, please send us an image with a photo showing the defective or broken product. If your request is approved, we will proceed with compensating you for it.

Wrong Items

If we have sent you the wrong item(s), you can send us an email with a photo attached to show us your packing slip and what you received. If your request is approved, you can keep the wrong item, and we’ll proceed with the necessary steps to compensate you.

If any of the above conditions apply to your order, we have several options to make things right.
